It's getting easier and easier to track our health, fitness and exercise with a widening inventory of gizmos and gadgets worn on (almost) all parts of our bodies. Last week, my compatriot Barb Gonzalez brought you a bunch of these health and fitness devices from CES. Here are some I ran across.

Here are the latest gadgets I found at CES 2013. Of all the newest gadgets I saw, this was the best new technology as it could help our aging parents, those who have Alzeimers, Autism, or mobilitiy issues. Other tech could help us solve problems like finding our keys, viewing a smartphone that's in our pocket, or aiding in weight loss.

More and more auto makers are building sophisticated infotainment tech into their cars, especially systems that let you access both content and apps from your smartphone. At CES, I spied and tried many car gizmos and gadgets installed in models from Audi, Chevy, Chrysler, Ford, Hyundai, Kia and Toyota. (See Part 2 here.)
