Microsoft will debut the Windows 8 operating system for desktop and mobile devices October 26, and at last month's IFA show in Berlin served as a coming out party for the first W8 devices. Here's a brief roundup of what W8 devices I saw at IFA, including new hybrid laptops/tablets I'm calling "laptabs."
And instead of hiding the USB jacks way in the back, they along with the USB card slot, and the microphone and headphone jack, are conveniently arrayed on the side.
