What Gear Does a Gadget Geek Own?

My Blu-ray Player: Panasonic BDT-210

I just bought this compact Blu-ray player, not because it plays 3D Blu-ray discs (as I noted in the last slide, I don't yet have a 3D HDTV) but because I'll be able to attach a Skype-compatible camera/mic combo such as Panasonic's TY-CC10W ($170) to it and turn my HDTV into a giant Skype video phone. Buying Advice: Almost all new Blu-ray players are "connected" – they offer a wealth of internet content. Get one with Wi-Fi built in, though, to save the hassle of all that annoying cabling (assuming you have a Wi-Fi router in your home, of course).
