iPhone/iPod/iPad speaker docks come in all shapes, sizes, configurations and prices, and we've collected several new examples in this week's gadget collection. We've also got a robot gutter cleaner, a GPS child locator, two new Nikon cameras and some AARP books for the mature tech-phobic.
Sure, you can jack in an iPod or iPhone into this stylish 100-watt speaker, available in black or white. But slide in the dock tray, which displays the name of the track, and listen instead of Internet radio (via an Internet connection, of course) or music from a connected USB thumb drive. It's also AirPlay capable, which means you can stream music to it from iTunes on either a Mac or a Windows PC. There is a full-size Cocoon (pictured, $600) and a 25 percent smaller version ($500).
