If you think your child is too young for a smartphone – and therefore no child location app – AT&T is now selling this GPS child locator device, which works with an app on your smartphone. You can check to see where your child is at all times, you can set customizable zones around places a child frequents, you can make sure they're not in a car exceeding the speed limit, if they're within 500 feet of a registered sex offenders home, and you get two-way calling so you can call them or vice versa. Amber Alert GPS is priced at $200 with $20 activation fee, but discounts are offered with multi-year contracts.
