Rarely do you find a shockproof (up to a two-meter drop) and snow/waterproof (down to two meters) case that adds so little bulk to your iPhone. The aptly named LifeProof case ($70) adds just 1/16th of an inch to the iPhone's depth and less than an ounce to its heft, yet fully seals your iPhone for protection from extreme weather and wet sports conditions. The headphone cord you see is a screw-in attachment that protects the iPhone's headphone jack from the elements; the nub on the cord includes a screw-in cap to seal off the headphone jack for when a headphone isn't attached.
