Krups Heineken BeerTender

Your dad likes beer, right? What a stupid question. But American beers are mostly like making love in a canoe (watch this to find out why). I'm not saying Heineken is much better, but serving it up in the Heineken Beer Tender from Krups ($100) – essentially a refrigerated keg – is much cooler, figuratively and literally, than even cold-activated beer cans and bottles. The black-and-chrome BeerTender is designed to dispense Heineken, Heineken Premium Light and Newcastle Brown Ale, but can theoretically be filled with any beverage. It'll keep whatever beer you put in it at an optimal 37.4 degrees for up to a month after tapping. The removable stainless-steel drip tray is dishwasher safe, and you can remove the tap, too, to keep the grandkids – or grandma – from tippling.
