What's The Big Deal: Made from recycled materials. Like the Viper, the Samsung Exhilarate is designed to be eco-friendly – it's built from 80 percent of "post-consumer materials" according to Samsung, includes eco modes and tools such as an Eco calendar and an Eco calculator, and has been certified Platinum by UL Environment, which looks like the organization's highest rating. Most exhilarating, Exhilarate will be priced at $49.99 when it goes on sale in the next few weeks. For that low price you get a 4-inch Super AMOLED screen, Android's 2.3 Gingerbread, Wi-Fi, and front and rear cameras (although at what resolution we don't yet know). Since Exhilarate is such a bargain, there's no built-in memory; but, like all Android phones, you can slip in up to a 32 GB micro SD card.
