Turn Up the Heat (or Air Conditioning) Using the MyFord Touch
The heat, air conditioning, vent, seat heaters, and defrost controls are found in the "climate" mode. You can make adjustments in a number of ways.
Voice Control: start by saying "Climate." Specific voice commands include: "Temperature <59 to 86 degrees>," "Fan On/Off," "Floor On/Off," "Panel On/Off," "Defrost on/off."
Touchscreen Controls (pictured here): After pressing the Climate function in the bottom left of the touchscreen, you'll see a screen reminiscent of dash panel controls. Tap the screen to make adjustments.
Steering Wheel Controls and Dash Display: Using the navigation buttons on the right side of the steering wheel, arrow down to highlight "Climate." If you do not see a display of modes, arrow left to bring up the home menu. Press the okay button. The right and left arrows will now adjust the temperature. Arrow down to make other adjustments.
Dashboard Buttons: All of the climate controls are available at the bottom of the dash for direct access. They are convenient if other controls fail.
