How to Fill out a PDF Form in Adobe Reader

1. Click on "Sign" in the upper right corner of the PDF window.
2. Choose "Add Text."
3. Place your curser in the area where you want to type text and click your mouse.
4. Type the text information. If you want to change the size or font style, highlight the typed text and make changes in the pop-up text toolbar.
5. Complete the form.
6. You can move text around to line it up where you want it, after signing the document.
