Move MobileMe Website, iDisk and Photo Gallery

When iCloud was introduced, we were warned that MobileMe would shut down on June 30, 2012. You must download files saved on your iDisk. You won't have access to online Photo Gallery(s). And if you took advantage of the free MobileMe web hosting, you will need to move your website to another web host.  Here is a step-by-step on how to download MobileMe files and move your MobileMe website so you don't lose information.

Saving Your MobileMe Website

If you have enjoyed the free hosting of a MobileMe website, you must find a new web hosting website and move your site. Web hosting can cost as little as a few dollars per month for a basic plan. Choose a new web host that has readily available technical support. If you don't want to rush and your site can be inaccessible while you decide, save your website to your computer.
