Greets from Berlin and the annual IFA electronics show. Today, Samsung presented its Galaxy Camera, which runs on Android and lets you share photos via Wi-Fi or a cell connection, along with the Note II "phablet"; Sony unveiled a 4K 84-inch LCD HDTV with four times the resolution of current HDTVs.
As you can see, Galaxy Camera looks really simple to point-and-shoot. No price was announced, but I'm guessing around $500 when it arrives sometime this fall. But since the camera needs a 3G/4G connection, it'll be sold through carrier stores, likely AT&T or T-Mobile, at first, and requires a data plan.
