Yesterday I went over some of the basics of the hybrid plug-in Chevy Volt, using words to paint the pictures. Well, here are some pictures to match the words. After you view these images, feel free to re-read yesterday's opus with a more complete picture-worth-1,000-words understanding.
Here's the steering wheel (wrapped in luxurious leather) and the Volt's two 7-inch LCD screens – the status screen and the touch screen on the middle console – as well as the steering wheel with phone and music controls (right) and the cruise control switches (left). The round knob with two buttons on the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel takes you through the on-screen tutorial, available only in Park. I examine each LCD screen more closely in the next couple of slides.
