Chevy Volt Center Console

Yes, it looks confusing – and it is. More on this mess o' controls in Friday's installment. But the console does stick out far enough to rest your right knee against it while your foot is pressed heavily down on the accelerator during long drives. Oh, that leaf button over the "drive mode" (which you'll never switch) does not activate a leaf blower. It lets you view the Volt's charging condition and power usage.
