Ford's SYNC AppLink technology, which, like the Chevy MyLink and the Chrysler Uconnect Access, provides a link between apps on your smartphone and the car's operating system as well as voice-activated control, is already available on more than a million Ford vehicles. In 2013, SYNC, powered by Microsoft, will be available on the Fiesta, Mustang, Expedition, Fusion, F-150 truck, Super Duty truck, Focus, E-Series vans and this new C-MAX hybrid.
