FedEx surprised me this AM with my new iPhone 5. Before I can do an actual hands-on review, I have to charge it and get it provisioned – AT&T requires you join its Mobile Share group data plan before you can use its video chat FaceTime feature over 4G LTE cellular. So here's a quick photo tour; full review to come.
iPhone's old 30-pin connector vs. iPhone 5's new 9-pin Lightning connector. Other than size, the new tiny jack can be slipped into an iPhone 5 either way – no more worrying about which is top and which is bottom (which I've already found advantageous). The bad news: there's no adapter in the box, so you'll have to buy a few ($30 each) and maybe some new Lightning-to-USB cables ($20) to jack the 5 into your iPhone speaker docks or other accessories – and based on what the adapter looks like, I'm guessing the jury rig won't look pretty.
